1. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the
Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product
without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you receive
the goods, or 14 days after the day on which you receive the last item if you ordered multiple items in one
order that are delivered separately.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your
exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

To be eligible for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the product should ideally be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unopened and in its original packaging (where possible)
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
However, under UK consumer law, you have the right to examine goods as you would in a shop. You may
handle and inspect the goods, but you must take reasonable care of them. If you have used the goods beyond
what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be liable for
any diminished value.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product is defective or we have made
an error. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, once we receive your returned product and verify
its condition, we will process your refund without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days
from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel. The refund will be issued to the
original payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the
goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

delivery option, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
